We are looking for an experienced Senior Career Success Manager capable of providing support to students on our programs. We expect that you're a vibrant and enthusiastic person with background in customer success or support roles, who will interact with our online... students and staff and get them excited about new learning experience.

Senior Career Success Manager as the driving force of our career team, ensure our students thrive! You'll support Success Managers, track analytics meticulously, monitor conversion ratesand coordinate engaging events and workshops. Plus, you'll craft compelling content and potentially assist with organizing learning disability support.

What you will do:

Analytics and Tracking:
• Work on tracking analytics closely with the career team.
• Be responsible for the conversion rate (CR) from the main program to Career Acceleration.
• Track CR on a monthly basis, MBG cases (refund eligibility).
• Track alumni support sessions.

Team Management:
• Manage Success Managers: track their performance, Assist them with their tasks when needed, Create backlog of their tasks.
• Help with student management (participation in career acceleration program).
• Host monthly meetings with the Guidance Team.

Events and Workshops:
• Coordinate events and workshops with coaches, alumni, and industry experts.
• Set timetables and add them to the Webinar Calendar.
• Ensure events are recorded and hosted properly.

Communication and Coordination:
• Navigate colleagues from other teams regarding Career Team documents and files.
• Work with referral and content marketing on students' stories.
• Create content for students on Discord (posts, reminders, etc.).
• Assist with career digests preparation.

Requirements:
• Ability to collaborate from 12 pm until 4 pm AND from 8 pm until 12 am (CET) / 11 am until 3 pm AND from 7 pm until 11 pm (CET).
• You have 1+ years of experience managing a team.
• You’re fluent in English - our students are Americans, many of our team members are natives, so it’s necessary to speak fluently.
• You’re a fast learner - we conduct a lot of experiments, often change our processes, it’s ok not to know something but it’s necessary to learn and adapt fast.
• You’re careful with numbers and analytics (Excel, Notion, Miro) - a career success managers work with metrics. It requires patience and attention to numbers.
• You love helping and caring about people - our career success managers are always there to help our students, check up on their motivation and ask for their feedback.
• You thrive in a fast changing environment and are good at lateral problem solving.

What we can offer you:
• $1600- $1800 per month;
• Full-time remote contract-based collaboration;
• A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools — Miro, Notion, Google Meet, etc.— to make the process of working together seamless.
