About the role

Student Services is a role central to ensuring we meet our duty of care to students and is pivotal in the smooth running of the Senior School. As such, we are looking for an administration professional with demonstrated computer literacy and communication skills. You will have a genuine interest in working with young people and will be self-motivated, willing to take on what is required to ensure the best educational experience for our students.

As front of house in the School’s state-of-the-art Sports and Wellbeing Centre, close to the Health and Wellbeing team, this position is in the thick of it and provides important support to students, families, teachers and the broader community. You will be aware of student movements, processing daily absences and following up with teachers and parents as required. Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism are key to this position.

A primary point of contact for the community, particularly... in the Senior School, the Student Services Administrator is pivotal in shaping the experience many have with Korowa, and ensuring Korowa is presented at is best at all times.

• A working knowledge of databases (desirable)
