Job opportunity at Vertiv ! We are looking for a DACH Facilities Administrator (m/f/d) in Munich, Germany !

This is an integral role within the Global Real Estate team reporting to the Facility Lead EMEA, delivering the necessary level of support to ensure that all property and facilities systems and services operate effectively and efficiently.

What will your average day look like?
•... Implementation and management of Facilities Helpdesk.
• Managing security of the building and visitors.
• Managing the daily post and any parcels, routing them to the appropriate department, both incoming and outgoing.
• Manage requirements for visitors/meetings, including catering.
• Invoice approvals in Dataserv.
• Assist with the standardization of the facilities function throughout the DACH region.
• Point of contact for all landlords and external stakeholders relating to the property throughout the DACH region.
• Facility SOX Compliance directly related to leased or owned assets (largely Real Estate).
• Partner with regional EHS team to ensure that safety is paramount to all operations carried out within company facilities, promote a safe and secure working environment for staff and guests, and ensure compliance with local laws and codes.
Partner with Procurement on vendor selection and performance management within the facilities function (e.g. office supplies, cleaning supplies, building maintenance requirements).
• What do we need from you?
• Positive, proactive and professional approach to property and facility management delivery.
• Proficient in English and German.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• 20% travel throughout the DACH region is necessary.
