We are looking for registered mental health professionals - Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Psychiatrists to join our team as Independent Contractors.

We offer flexible working hours in multiple locations across New Zealand. We have a range of options to grow your private practice or work a few hours a week. Register with us to work on our ACC Integrated Service for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) contract (all locations across New Zealand - Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Social Workers, Psychiatrists)

ISSC - As a qualified and registered therapist you will be responsible for providing effective counselling/therapeutic interventions for survivors of sexual trauma.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

Demonstrated experience working within trauma and recovery... environments

Demonstrated experience working with a range of mental health issues using psychological/counselling interventions.

A strength and values based, person centered approach, trauma informed and rights based practice

Knowledge of statutory and regulatory procedures and reporting

Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

Knowledge of the dynamics of sexual violence and safety planning

Good Computer and Database Literacy

A Positive Team Player

A Commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi

Satisfactory Police Vetting

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand to apply for this role. Please do not apply if you are not registered with a NZ Professional Organization e.g. NZ Psychology Board, NZ Psychotherapy Board (PBANZ), NZAC, DAPAANZ, or NZCCA or an equivalent organization.
