Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Communications Research or any Marketing, Economics, or any Business course
• With 1 to 2 years’ experience in analytic roles with a track record of producing models and insights that have directly enhanced business performance.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and data visualization skills.
• Experience in FMCG environment is a plus but not required.

Skills and Knowledge
• With strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in excel, powerpoint and other analytical tools.
• Ability to compile and analyze data to develop metrics that support decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Diligent in looking for available resources to address business/market needs

Specific Functions:

· Data Collection and Management

o Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources.

o Develop and maintain data analysis tools, dashboards, and... reports.

o Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and support decision-making processes.

o Communicate in a concise manner complex data and technical concepts to the management.

o Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement.

o Maintain organized databases for easy retrieval.

· Market and Competitor Research/Analysis

o Conduct research on specific market conditions.

o Perform in-depth research to uncover market trends, competitive landscapes, and prospective opportunities or threats by sorting through available public data and/ or paid research

o Gathers data related to competitors’ products such as pricing, sales and marketing or distribution methodology.

o Evaluate the market positioning of competitors, taking into account their different communication platforms, and other social media activity.

o Monitor and report on competitor activities, product launches, company investments and key people movements.

o Assess competitors’ overall strengths and weaknesses and report it to the management.

· Other Tasks

o Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and technological advancements relevant to our clients' businesses.

o Other tasks or special projects assigned by the Immediate Head.

o Perform other administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
