As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our establishment. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our business.

- Manage and supervise all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals

- Recruit, train, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional service

- Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive relationships with guests

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term business plans


To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in team management within the hospitality industry

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to... lead and motivate a diverse workforce

- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage operations

- Culinary knowledge is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software (tevalis).

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
