General Manager

£70,000 + Bonus

London - SW11

They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team to new heights and enhance the guest experience even further.

About the role:
• & Management: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service. Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Experience: Ensure... the highest standards of customer service, addressing and resolving customer queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Oversight: Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets. Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Training & Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Excellence: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements. Ensure the restaurant's facilities and equipment are in excellent condition.

About you:
• experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior management role within a high-volume, quality restaurant.
• leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.
• interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• of health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and other relevant legislation.
• for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
