Primary responsibilities:
• Work with clients to turn their marketing automation platform into a revenue driver, using best practices in marketing automation
• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and ensure the planned work is relevant and direct to the needs. Also collaborate to identify issues and solutions and be comfortable in presenting back findings to the client
• Partake in transforming strategy into execution – oversee the delivery team and ensure the proper execution of marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels (email/ SMS/ WhatsApp/ MMS/ Push/In-app) including campaign flow builds, touchpoints, landing page and form creation, testing, tracking, etc.
• Assist in creating sales pitches and subject-matter presentations to clients
• Partake in any training and workshops with clients
• Facilitating meetings, delivering informative, well-organized documentation and presentations, and effectively communicating in difficult and sensitive situations
• Be comfortable to work in a cross-functional team setting and understanding how work is being managed and executed at a cross-functional level

• 3 - 5 years of experience working in a similar space in Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, specifically Marketing Automation and CRM
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable to speak with prospects, clients and internal teams
• Excellent presentation skills, comfortable to create presentations and present in simple terms to prospect and clients
• Flexible, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within your role and organization
• Experience on Marketing Automation platforms - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze
