Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing job descriptions and specifications for various positions within the school.
• Advertising job vacancies through appropriate channels.
• Screening applications, conducting interviews, selecting suitable candidates, informing potential candidates.
• Facilitating... the hiring process, including issuing job offers, employment contracts and conducting background.
• Participating in strategic planning processes to identify HR needs and priorities and contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the school's mission, goals, and values.
• Regularly reviewing candidate databases, resumes, and applications to maintain an up-to-date pool of potential hires.
• Answering candidates’ questions on employment requirements, conditions of employment, and other questions related to positions.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to employment.
• Providing information and guidance to new employees regarding school policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Ensuring that new employees have the necessary resources and support to integrate smoothly into their roles.
• Organizing and conducting staff consultations on various matters such as organizational changes, workplace policies, and employee feedback mechanisms
• Providing guidance and advice to General Manager on policies, procedures, performance feedback and improvement strategies.
• Developing and implementing performance evaluation processes for staff members.
• Identifying training needs within the school and developing training programs to address them, and organizing and managing on-board and training programs.
• Providing support services to employees like counseling, guidance, and acknowledgment initiatives.
• Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, insurance plans, and retirement benefits.
• Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Managing HR databases and systems for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll matters.

Employment Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least three years of working experience as Human Resources related role.
• Fluency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking); Ability to read and speak Mandarin would be an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent record keeping skills.
• A team player with good people skills.
• Good skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
