At Timeleft, we believe in fostering lasting connections through conversation, challenging the increasing norm of... isolation.

As our Restaurant Partnerships Manager based in Paris, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of Timeleft. Your primary mission is to cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with Paris's premier restaurants, integral to our unique dining experiences.

Every Wednesday we have hundreds of tables booked across the city , where our participants meet for the first time. At the end of the dinner, all participants meet in the same bar for a last drink!
What you will be doing ?

Partnership Cultivation: Build and sustain direct relationships with restaurants that align with Timeleft's vision. This involves personal interaction with venue managers and ensuring our dining experiences meet our high standards.

Strategic Management: Oversee the weekly orchestration of our dining events, which includes managing over 100 table reservations every Wednesday evening. You'll be responsible for ensuring these events run seamlessly, enhancing the Timeleft experience for all participants.

Feedback Analysis: Utilize our feedback system to monitor and assess restaurant performance. This will involve analyzing reviews and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring only the best experiences for our community.

Expansion & Development: Actively seek out potential restaurant partners while managing the phasing out of those that don't meet our criteria. You'll be instrumental in the growth of our restaurant network, especially as we expand to new cities.

Sales & Negotiation: Engage with restaurants to enroll them in the Timeleft partner program, negotiating terms that ensure mutual benefit. Part of your role will also involve finding and negotiating with bars to host our 'Timeleft Last Drink' events, creating comprehensive evening experiences for our members.

Your success will be measured by the number of quality restaurant partnerships you establish and maintain, as well as the smooth execution of our weekly dining events.

After three months, you'll have to take on additional responsibilities for a second city. Based on your performance, you could be managing our entire partnership program in France within six months (7 cities in total)

A natural networker with a passion for social interaction and a deep knowledge of the Paris culinary scene.

Results-driven, with a knack for celebrating team successes and supporting team efforts.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to confidently handle calls, perform demonstrations, and foster team collaboration.

An entrepreneurial spirit, enjoying the challenge of initiating contacts and opening new doors.

Fluent in English and native in French, with proficiency in Slack and Notion.

MANDATORY : Paris residency is mandatory, with availability on Wednesday evenings.

BONUS : if you have a fast way to get around Paris (bike, scooter, etc.)

For this full-time role, we have a remuneration package based on your performance (and the opening of new cities eligible for the program), which is broken down into quarters over the year 2024.
