At NES Advantage, we are working closely with our customers to deliver highly skilled technical personnel to their exciting projects within the oil & gas and renewable energy industry.

Our Support team consists of six experienced and dedicated consultants, and due to significant growth in our customer portfolio, we are looking to bring on board a dynamic and passionate new colleague to our Support team.

We share our office with our NES recruitment team at Sandsli, Bergen alongside our customer, Aker Solutions.

Our main task is to manage contracts and travel expenses from both internal and external customers. The person we are looking for is enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn our processes. The support team is experienced and will follow you closely during the training.

What will you be doing?
• Registration in our CRM & ERP systems and take action when necessary.
• Reply to inquiries and requests from our customers.
• Processing and handling of contractual tasks and... issues for our temporary contract personnel, suppliers and customers in connection with new and existing assignments
• Advise on rates, contract terms and general support to our recruitment teams.
• Check and control that all travel expenses are completed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and routines.
• Give advice and guidance on registration of travel expenses for both internal and external customers.

We think you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, but for the right candidate relevant experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations within travel regulations is an advantage.
• Knowledge and passion for IT-systems, be a quick learner and have a keen eye for details.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and taking initiative even when pressure is high, and put your pride in delivering quality work.
• Exceptional communication skills in Norwegian and English, written and oral. You are not afraid to pick up the phone!
