Sales Executive, Maldives – To be based in Colombo, Sri Lanka

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio with 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales via direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and hotel tours. You will execute the plans set out by the Sales Manager for the resorts to drive measurable and incremental sales revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading special or negotiated rates onto the property management system and maintaining customer and company profiles. Furthermore, this role will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and... processing sensitive data, and resolving guest issues.
