We’re seeking a talented Gaming Operations Manager in South Africa (Remote) to spearhead our client’s recently launched cross-product brand in Kenya. This brand, situated within a company with a leading presence across various African nations, is poised for rapid growth in the African iGaming sector, with an emphasis on gamification and pioneering user experiences.

As the Gaming Operations Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to imprint your expertise on this emerging brand. You’ll be tasked with crafting an industry-leading product lineup and promotional strategy, working closely with teams spanning Operations, Technology, CRM, Marketing, and Support to ensure seamless content delivery and promotional execution across all iGaming verticals.

Drawing on your extensive background in online casino and gaming, you’ll drive the product roadmap and promotional calendar, devising innovative concepts and overseeing their implementation from conception to... evaluation.

Your key job responsibilities as the Gaming Operations Manager in South Africa (Remote) will include:
• Collaborate with the Head of Gaming to strategize, set objectives, define the product roadmap, and execute promotional initiatives.
• Implement cutting-edge gamification and CRM systems to enhance the customer experience.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new game providers and introduce innovative gamification tools for optimal player retention and value.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective and efficient promotion of promotions, content, and brand identity.
• Maintain a keen understanding of player values to optimize cost-efficient customer acquisition.
• Partner with CRM, Business Intelligence, VIP Analysts, and regional specialists to develop effective promotional mechanics and budget allocation.
• Provide regular, insightful reports to senior stakeholders on campaign performance and customer insights.
• Oversee flawless execution of CRM campaigns across all channels, maintaining brand integrity and compliance.
• Continuously review and optimize global casino promotions for performance and effectiveness.

Requirements
