Guarantee sales performance by scouting new business opportunitieswithin the area of responsibility and ensuring their successful progressionthroughout the entire sales funnel. Monitoring through Salesforce salesopportunities, and projections, analysing potential issues/blockers, andimplementing corrective action plans to be shared with the CountryCommercial Lead in a timely manner. Partner with the Country Commercial Lead and other team members tocontribute to the development of the country’s strategic direction forlead generation strategies, increase brand awareness, marketinginitiatives, etc. Execution and implementation of customer offerings, including pricingand tender management whenever required. Ensure compliance with the global and regional guidelines, as well aslocal regulatory and administrative procedures/requirements. Support the adoption and implementation of key global and regionalcommercial initiatives and projects at country level as and when required.Develop the market:Analyse market, industry trends, and competitors to gain a goodunderstanding of Versius commercial potential and promptly detect untappedbusiness opportunities or threats within the area of responsibility. In line with commercial country guidelines and strategies, play apivotal role in CMR business development, effectively managingrelationships with any stakeholder that could help develop the Country’sbusiness through visits, industry conferences participation, etc.About YouTo be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:Previous experience as a Sales Executive in Healthcare with ademonstrated track record of introducing new products in hospitals. Solid knowledge of hospital buying processes with a special focus oncapital sales, combined with experience in negotiation of prices andconditions with Hospital decision-makers. Experience in leveraging internal resources, such as clinical data/training programs, etc. To be able to construct and communicate the rightproposition to the decision-making unit and in relation to competitiveofferings. Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess theprofitability of different scenarios. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clientsand colleagues and build strong long-term relationships with key opinionleaders.
