A unique chance for Consultants to join the fast-growing Atos Technology Consulting branch. We are looking for new talented colleagues to help us build a successful consulting organization based on strong technical pillars that represent the Atos portfolio. Part of an international network of similar professionals, you will have a chance to shape Technology Consulting, to keep yourself up to date to technological market trends and advise our clients with regards to the most fitted technical solutions for them.

Skills Required
• More than 3 years relevant experience, with proven results & referrals that can confirm;
• Blend of business and technical understanding, prior experience with process improvements;
• Broad understanding of technology and the markets you will work for (key issues affecting the customers in order to deliver them compelling value proposition and technology choices);
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent... communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in guiding customers through changes, with a focus on organizational change management.
• Familiarity with working within large organizations with complex IT structures, including leading change initiatives.
• Knowledge of User Experience or DEX (Digital Employee Experience)
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
• You will be based in one of the Nordics countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland)
• Advanced level of English proficiency, as English is mandatory for the role.
• Hold a university master's degree.


As Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering technical advisory services to Clients
• Understand the ambition, challenges and objectives of the customer and identify how our change management approach can contribute in achieving the objectives of the customer;
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders to build support for change initiatives and address concerns effectively.
• Create detailed change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and resistance management techniques.
• Develop and execute clear and persuasive communication materials to convey change objectives and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to changes seamlessly.
• Proactively identify and manage resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration collaborate with project teams, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure a holistic approach to change management.
• Prepare and execute of customer specific presentations and workshops, support in creation of offerings and support in creation of sales strategies;
• Work with different stakeholders (within Atos, from customer & other vendors) to plan implementation of the needed process improvements.
• Contribute to our Technology Consulting services offering, knowledge-base and capabilities.
• Together with Atos End User Compute Analytics team design and deliver plans and programs to improve DEX/User Experience.
