Position: Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
• Take full responsibility for the entire sales process in your region, including product sales and maintenance contract negotiations.
• Generate technical offers, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and organize prospecting efforts in the industrial market, in collaboration with the commercial director and colleagues.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing customers and prospects according to the established strategy.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities, influencing the behavior... of prescribing engineering firms.
• Understand industrial customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in consultation with project managing engineers.

Requirements
• Dutch- or French-speaking with proficiency in the second national language.
• Fluent in English for communication with the headquarters.
• Ideally, a degree in engineering (master’s in industrial sciences in chemistry, electromechanics, or bioengineering) with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in Autocad drawing packages and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Customer-oriented with strong technical aptitude.

Location:
• Head office located in Wemmel.
• Ideal candidates reside in the Brussels-Ghent-Antwerp triangle, preferably within 30 km of Wemmel.
