What's the role?

The Go-to-Market Representative (GTM) plays a critical role in the successful launch and promotion of the company’s products and services. As a GTM Representative, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and assist the Snr. Commercial Executive in developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue and market-share growth.

How you will add value?
• Support with the end-to-end delivery, sale and customer support for products
• Support with establishing as work plan for each phase of program and ensure execution according to plan.
• Support retail staff and customers on any product issues that may arise and liaise with the relevant personnel for a timely resolution.
• Assist in the testing of all major promotions, value added services, products, and report findings before implementation for any product or service.
• Assist in the testing of new pricing plans/products, changes on Liberate & Comverse Platform, ensuring that products... and services are ready for the market.
• Assist in the testing and roll-out of new systems.
• Assist in the training and coaching of front-end staff in new products, services, promotion, procedures, and systems.
• Monitor Liberate and Comverse Platform for any irregularities and to make the necessary adjustments to reduce revenue leakage.
• Support Commercial Team with creating and maintaining competitive databases for all products and services.
• Liaise with Networks, IT, Finance, Customer Services, Mobile and Retail Sales on the implementation of customer impacting programs.
• Assist Product Manager with resolving queries through prompt and thorough investigation.
• Escalate all unresolved faults to Supervisor or HOD.
• Immediately cascade all potential major problems to Supervisor or HOD for attention.
• To show keen enthusiasm in participating and going the extra mile whenever necessary towards the accomplishment of initiatives which contributes to the overall welfare of the organization.
• Assist in accumulation of competitive intelligence in the market, to identify our strengths, weakness and opportunities for growth.
• Efficient completion of any other task assigned in keeping with our job, accepting responsibility and accountability for all relevant areas.

What do you need?
• Associate degree in business, marketing or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in telecoms or software
• Proven experience in project management or in a similar role preferably in technology.
• Strong customer service focus
