• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
• Track budgeting process and track variances against budget.
• Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Work with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee payroll process and payments.
