This is... the place for you.About the RoleAs an Accountant (AP & GL) in our Finance team, you will be the cornerstone of our financial accuracy and efficiency. Your role is crucial in capturing and recording financial transactions in our ERP system with precision, ensuring the financial flow runs smoothly and reliably.What You Will Do1. Vendor Management and Payments:Accurately review, record, and book vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts and purchase orders.Prepare weekly payment plans and manage bank portal uploads for payment approvals.Maintain accurate vendor outstanding balances and aging reports for optimal cash flow management.2. Reconciliations and Compliance:Conduct timely vendor reconciliations and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.Ensure adherence to KSA e-invoicing requirements.Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and manage bank entry postings.Perform Balance sheet reconciliations.3. Asset and Commission Management:Accurately record Fixed Assets as per accounting standards and manage depreciation schedules.Handle petty cash and perform timely reconciliations.Track commission payment deadlines and ensure timely disbursement.4. Reporting and Auditing Support:Raise Purchase Orders as per approved documentation and maintain records.Reconcile Trial Balance (TB) assigned balances.Actively participate in the annual auditing process and assist in compiling monthly management reports.What You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Part qualification from a professional accounting body (ACCA/CPA/CA).Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in Accounts Payables and GL posting areas.Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems.Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IFRS/GAAP).Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Native Arabic & English).Well-organized, structured, and a strong work ethic.Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
