The primary responsibility for the Sales Account Manager is to increase sales revenue and penetration of key Japanese accounts by managing direct, indirect and channel partners. Responsible products are Power device products.

• Develop sales strategies to increase sales revenue with existing and new customers
• Develop and maintain relationship with all key customers and partners in Japan
• Provide competition and market information feedback to marketing

• Bachelor degree or above in electronics engineering, physics, mechanics, or other technical discipline
• Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in Power devices
• Strong capabilities in account development and execution, relationship management and negotiating
• Ability to gain trust and respect from customers
• Effective communication and presentation skills both externally and internally to develop strong relations with customers, partners, peers and Wolfspeed... marketing and operational teams
• Excellent computer skills to effectively track leads, and to prepare sales data and forecasts. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and forecasting tools
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and local languages
• Excellent working experiences in a multi-national company
• Possess strong self-initiative and willingness to learn new technologies
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Willing to travel including overseas

• SiC related working experience is preferred
• Ability to form strong customer relationships
• A sales manager with strong technical background is preferred
• Aggressive mindset with focus on winning designs at customer
• This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management
