The Position
• Coordinate and implement site-wide hazardous waste collection, characterization and storage programs;
• Liaise with waste management representatives on collection schedules and other administrative matters;
• Prepare and submit documentation for compliance as required by service provider and NEA e.g. waste manifest, e-consignment etc.;
• Understand applicable environmental permit and regulatory requirements, and assess compliance risks;
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement procedures and practices to minimize environmental risks and ensure adherence to site... environmental requirements and/or regulatory compliance;
• Support other on-going safety and sustainability initiatives as required, including other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in engineering, biotechnology, science, safety, or any equivalent field.
• Must be willing to work at Singapore Tuas Bay Link.
• Able to commit from August 2024 to February 2025.
