We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support XYON’s growing marketing and creative team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end management of creative assets including strategy, concepting, design and production. You will use your visual storytelling talent to bring the XYON story to life to our audience in both digital and physical space. This position will report to our Creative Lead.

Position Responsibilities:
• Brand and Visual Strategy: Quickly assimilate the XYON brand principles and style guide. Evolve and enhance the visual aesthetic to keep the brand dynamic and engaging.
• Creative Design and Execution: Work with marketing to produce original creative assets for diverse media including our website, paid and organic social media, email, SMS, and print materials.
• Campaign Development: Create original design campaigns that resonate with our audience and maintain coherence across different mediums.
• Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest design... trends and understand the distinctions between creative performances in paid versus organic media.
• Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with the medical and marketing team to develop compelling visual narratives.
• Process Optimization: Continuously seek ways to enhance creative processes and contribute to the team’s overall objectives.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with an in-house e-commerce brand or at a creative agency.
• Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign). A keen eye for detail and a strong technical understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and user experience (UX) design. Proficiency in standard photo editing (via Lightroom and/or Photoshop).
• Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working in a team environment and capable of taking constructive feedback to refine designs.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across various formats such as social content, email campaigns, print, and web assets.
• Adaptability: Willing to learn and adapt to the nuances of designing for different media and audiences.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and reflect on campaigns.
• Bonus Points: Industry experience in B2C e-commerce, or consumer packaged goods industries.
