As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible to develop and lead advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders. Your focus will be on building solutions and generating actionable insights that drive our strategies, with a specific emphasis in the route-to-market area.

You will be part of a team managing initiatives spanning across 29 markets, assuming a pivotal role in both scaling existing solutions and developing new ones. Your contribution will be essential for delivering sustained value through data-driven insights and elevating the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to deeply understand challenges and opportunities.

Develop and implement machine... learning and statistical models to extract valuable insights, predict trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Employ your analytical skills to decipher large datasets, and identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions, as well as develop new ones.

Lead the creation of new solutions, developing proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions, that are scalable across 29 markets.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business experts to ensure the smooth integration of data, while also maintaining robustness and scalability of analytical solutions.

Are these your secret ingredients?

At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing big data & advanced analytics solutions, as data scientist

Proficiency in Python and PySpark, with the ability to write robust, well-structured, and efficient code that balances readability and performance

Experience with Azure environment, Dev Ops, Databricks. Power

BI and Power Apps is considered a plus.

Practical and theoretical knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical modeling concepts

Proven experience in delivering analytical projects, including the ability to develop proof-of-concept solutions that can scale across multiple markets, preferably in CPG/retail industry

Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions and propose new strategies

Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborating effectively with other team members and external vendors

Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders, understand their challenges, and translate them into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations

A BSc, preferably an MSc, in Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or closely related STEM field
