Location: 13.district Budapest

Shifts and support time:

Italian, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese position

From 09:00 am to 20:00 pm CET Monday to Friday

From 09:00 am to 19:00 pm CET on Saturday

From 10:00 am to 19:00 pm CET on Sunday

❗The days indicated and the time-windows specified represent the customer support period that the Colleagues must cover. Thus, from Monday-to-Sunday, the number of hours committed can be allocated in these time slots, subject to agreement with the TeamLeader. ❗(40 hours per week, basically spread over the shift windows)

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be

• Responsible for courteously and promptly responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email or chat;

• Troubleshooting and issue resolution as you will be trained to diagnose and resolve customer issues such as billing discrepancies or other customer concerns and complaints, and work towards finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;

• Documenting and maintaining customer records, including details of interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided through a ticketing system;

• Providing service information and up-to-date information to customers;

• Escalating issues to higher levels of authority for further action or resolution if the issues cannot be resolved by you.

Our ideal candidate is

• Speaking English or English AND German or French or Italian or Spanish or Portuguese

on a work proficiency (B2) level;

• Effectively communicating with customers and has active listening skills in order to understand customers’ needs and provide clear and concise information;

• Skilled in identifying problems and are creative when it comes to think on their feet to come up with effective solutions in a timely manner;

• A team player, who enjoys collaborating with their colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Service Desk Agent, Helpdesk Agent or Customer Support role is advantage but not mandatory;

• Natural ability to interact with people;

• Basic Office 365 product knowledge
