This global firm offering services in the insurance industry is seeking qualified accountants to join their Melbourne team and develop their skills and career in Forensic Accounting.

Working with business clients to quantify company losses due to unplanned events such as flood, fire, fraud or product liability, this is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and advance your career in the fascinating world of forensic accounting.

This role is perfect for recently qualified CA or CPA accountants with a background in Audit or Insolvency. You will be mentored by experienced team members and also gain valuable external training. The role requires someone with an inquisitive nature who enjoys investigating numbers and is able to pull off a great excel table! You would be dealing with stakeholders including loss adjusters, clients and insured parties and so this role will appeal to candidates who enjoy face to face work.

Some interstate travel may be required from time to time.

To be... considered for this role:
• Recently qualified CA or CPA with minimum 2-3 years' accounting experience
• Background in Audit or Insolvency
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken
• Inquisitive character
• Proficient in Excel
• Keen interest in Forensic Accounting
