Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

Work on things as instructed

Reminding of important tasks and deadlines, ensure fully prepared for meetings

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Managing databases and filing systems

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, meeting visitors and treating them with courtesy

Collating and filing expenses

Minimum S1

Fresh Graduate are welcome

An understanding of confidentiality issues

Adaptability and flexibility since you will be required to complete a wide array of roles

Discretion and trustworthiness:
you will often be party of confidential information

Basic English is a plus

Flexibility and adaptability

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, etc.

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask

The ability to be proactive and take the... initiative

Able to work in a team environment when necessary or individually when required.
