International real estate company with outsourced Facility Management (FM) service provision. Large client base of global companies across a range of industry sectors.

Your new role

Facility Coordinator, Assistant and Manager positions available. Work as part of an onsite team of dedicated FM professionals, providing Facilities support for hard and soft services to Tokyo and Kanto based client(s). Some knowledge of related tasks, such as EHS/HSE, Security and Sustainability advantageous. Vendor Management.

What you'll need to succeed

A min of 2yrs experience for junior roles and min of 3-5 yrs for mid to senior level positions. Junior FM positions do not require people prior people management experience, but this experience is desirable for mid to senior level roles. Fluent Japanese and min business level English.
