Role Purpose:

Chubb Consumer Lines products are sold white-labelled, or co-branded through affinity partnerships. These products are sold in the retail stores, call centres (inbound) outbound telemarketing (OBTM) and online channels.

The Account Manager is responsible for assigned regional key accounts. Along with Management and local markets the Account Manager will provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction as well as communication strategies to defend and retain existing business, to develop new business opportunities within and beyond the existing portfolio, and to improve profitability of existing business and grow Chubb's value within the accounts

This role is focused on the growth and retention of assigned key accounts and executing a long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a key accounts to maximise revenues and profitability; monitor and report on critical KPI's
• Identify customer needs both long term and short term, differentiate Chubb's... products and services, and drive opportunities aligned with Chubb appetite
• Maintain and build strong relationships with key decision makers of assigned accounts. Identify key decision makers and influencers beyond account management and craft relationship map to ensure strategic and tactical alignment
• Keep business plans and customer strategy up to date at all times
• Monitor business performance against target - both volume and margin and coordinate corrective actions to sales programs, if necessary, to achieve target commitments

• Develop account strategies to effectively target customer growth/cross selling opportunities.
• Contribute to the tactical and strategic development of the proposition and engage existing key customers and advisers in that development.
• Ensure full compliance with both internal and external rules and regulations governing the work and activity.
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
• Adopt and implement marketing omni-channel promotional strategies effectively and to the right accounts


Knowledge & Skills:

Identify best practice and share recommendations with the local account managers that have responsibility for managing accounts
Demonstrate account/ project / process management skills
Communication skills in English and Portuguese or Spanish written and verbal
Comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders of middle management
Customer and result orientated
Decision making skills and ability to get things done
Strong ability to monitor business analysis (data crunching, pricing, margin management, KPI) with a use of various tools
Ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and externally, good understanding of matrix organization
Ability to quickly orientate across complex structure & matrix organization
Ability to quickly adapt to changing industry dynamics and redirecting efforts
Good level of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
