Are you ready to be part of the change and help us
make real what matters?

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, streamline GBS interaction across customer
units and countries, and drive cross-BL opportunities on regional/local level.
Responsibility for the development, exploitation and maximization of the
regional penetration and profitable growth of the... assigned key customer for the
portfolio of GBS cross-business lines.

Your mission will be…
• Generates knowledge on the customer's specific
regional strategy, its business environment, portfolio, local initiatives and
• Analyses customer's markets, position and needs;
investigates specific business and cross-BL opportunities, according to the
geographical scope;
• Defines and implements the account business plan
jointly with GAM, Hub Head and regional BL Portfolio CRM;
• Prepares customer meetings in close collaboration with
Hub Head and Hub BL Heads;
• Builds and maintains an effective customer network
across the Region and customer hierarchy levels;
• Builds cross-BL value-oriented offers, and drives /
supports top opportunities;
• Identifies and develops opportunities, particular in
the field of innovation / digitalization;
• Initiates customer-specific services and solutions in
collaboration with GAMs and BL Portfolio CRM;
• Facilitates and contributes to regional and cross-BL
contract negotiations for services and solutions;
• Manages regional customer complaints as a point of
escalation, if necessary.

We are looking for someone with…
• More than 3 years’ Key Account
Management/Senior Sales and related management experience with a track record
of successful performance (new orders), preferably in the relevant industry /
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in
managing complex projects/customers successfully;
• Fluent in English language;
• Customer Knowledge, identifying
and developing customer value;
• Translating strategy into
concrete actions skills;
• Business and sales planning skills;
• Customer intimacy (incl.
buying behavior) skills;
• Consultative selling and sales
and customer development skills;
• Analytical skills and problem
• Influencing & negotiating
