Our Front Office department is the heart and centre of the hotel and you could be joining this great team as a Duty Manager with us!

Your day to day

As a Duty Manager, you’ll be a jack of all trades and your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Use leadership to lead everyday activity, plan and assign work;
• Handle all guest inquiries and concerns in an efficient manner with the aim of satisfying the guest before they leave the hotel, ensuring prompt follow up to resolve and issues when required;
• Use a leadership style that creates a positive environment where colleagues are motivated to deliver consistently high standards of service;
• Assist the Front Office Manager with all requests and complete designated tasks as required;
• Provide an outstanding level... of guest service - you'll be happy to help with guest requests and directions.

What we need from you
• At least 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
• Tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Front office, or related field is preferred;
• General Managers License;
• Problem solving abilities;
• Ability to work with hotel property management systems (Opera).
