We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team. As a Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards set by government agencies and industry bodies. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, conducting research on regulations, and... providing guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will monitor changes in regulations and develop strategies to adapt to new requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, such as applications, reports, and dossiers, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct research on regulations and stay updated on changes in industry standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines
• Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements and best practices
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and respond to their queries and requests for additional information
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement regulatory strategies and plans
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including product labeling, technical files, and safety data sheets
• Participate in and lead regulatory audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the [industry]
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regulatory tracking software
