YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Primary focus is to assist in new and existing Mergers & Acquisitions deals;
• Support from origination through to execution
• Financial modelling and projection on M&A scenarios
• Merger integration and post-deal responsibilities
• Research & analysis - market entry strategy, Target opportunity sizing
• Collaborating with regional functions (HR, Finance, Operations) to deliver on joint projects and initiatives
• Support the various Asia country managers on agreed strategic initiatives and implementation
• Secondary focus will be on assisting with regional and local operational business matters / plans;
• Managing the insurance needs of the region which will include working with the countries to gather information required by insurers
• Support operations projects as required including business continuity testing, operational efficiency and projects looking at data and how we can improve quality and usage
• You will be exposed to a diverse range of experiences which will provide you with a platform for continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a phenomenal sense of achievement.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or any related subject area
• Analytical work experience preferably gained in a consulting firm, accounting firm or the strategy department of a multinational business
• Outstanding communication skills and a sociable team player
• Prior experience in M&A or merger integrations
• Experience gained within multinational or sophisticated professional services organization
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Asia language proficiency is an added plus
