Digital Marketing and Communication Manager
As responsible of Digital Marketing and Communication team, you encompasses a broad of spectrum of responsibilities, from setting the communication strategy, to execution and performance of all online marketing channels and campaigns.

You will work with a dynamic team with multiple backgrounds leading strategic projects for the bank.

Develop and setup the digital and offline Strategy to attract leads and secure positive customer experience (internal & external) on our various channels such Social Media, Newsletters, Media Campaigns, CRM, Brand Website, Editorial content…
Identify high-value segments of new prospective clients, whose target audience matches our products and services

E.g. early adopters of latest industry trends.
Drive Digital Marketing Campaigns with an emphasis on managing ROI/Effectiveness to pilot local initiatives, which reflect customer demand and market trends.
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Set up, track and analyze sales campaign performance and define continuous improvement plans based on them. Monitor KPIs, Data Management, Digital Performance, and consumer engagement. Integrate multi-channel metrics in the company's business reports.
Collaborate regularly with global areas across multiple departments to ensure perfect execution, implementation & alignment with the Corporate Brand Communication guidelines.
Ensure the correct delivery of projects, events and platform developments on time, quality and budget, developing the documentation and operational requirements for digital analytics solutions.
Ensure visual and verbal consistency across all your brand communication channels and materials.


Work Experience :

You have a consolidated digital marketing and communication work experience (3 years minimum).
Creativity: Always thinking outside the box, consistently exploring fresh ideas, and staying up-to-date with content and consumer trends.
Planning Mindset:

You are a rigorous and organized person, with exceptional prioritization skills.
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance and customer experience.
CRM Expertise: Experience in CRM management and a track record of successful nurturing campaigns.
Proactive Autonomy: You thrive in environments valuing autonomy, and taking ownership of projects with ambition and determination.
Ambitious Attitude: You constantly seek ways to innovate and elevate your work.
Cultural Alignment: You embrace our cultural values, prioritizing people and adaptability in a fast-paced startup setting.


You have a high level of proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English for effective communication.
