We are in search of a meticulously organized and detail-focused Marketing Manager and Digital Content Creator to become part of the team at Institut auf dem Rosenberg, the world's premier boarding school. In this dual role, you will be essential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Relationships and Communications department. As the Marketing Manager and Digital Content Creator, you will lead our digital marketing and content creation efforts, significantly contributing to the growth and reinforcement of our online presence. This position requires you to work closely with teams across various departments and coordinate with external partners and projects, ensuring that our brand message is consistent and that our campaigns are executed successfully.

• Strategy Implementation: Lead the creation and execution of detailed strategies for marketing and content across platforms such as social media, email marketing, and blogs, as well as traditional media... aiming to captivate, inspire and engage with our existing audience but also grow Rosenberg’s social media community.
• Content Creation: Produce dynamic and appealing content specifically designed for our target audience, including videos, articles, social media updates, and newsletters, to strengthen engagement and connection.
• Social Media Leadership: Direct our social media strategy, broadening our digital footprint and cultivating meaningful interactions with our community to foster lasting relationships.
• Partner Collaboration: Liaise with external entities, including partners, influencers, and project collaborators, to ensure marketing efforts are in sync with our brand’s core values and objectives.
• Marketing Analytics: Evaluate the success of our digital marketing campaigns through detailed analysis, using insights to refine approaches and meet our strategic goals.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work in tandem with various internal teams to guarantee a uniform brand message and to capitalise on broad organisational initiatives within our marketing plans.
• Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor and adopt the latest digital marketing trends and content creation innovations to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
• Administrative Support for Leadership: Provide organisational support to the Head of Relationship Management and Communications through schedule management, meeting coordination, and record-keeping.
• Event Planning Assistance: Support the planning and execution of marketing-related events to ensure smooth operation and high engagement.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency across departments by working closely with operations staff.
• Office Management: Carry out essential office tasks, including document filing, copying, and organizing, to maintain an orderly and efficient work environment.

Requirements - ideal candidates will have
• Demonstrable experience in digital content creation, marketing management, or a related field.
• Exceptional english writing, editing, and communication skills, with a talent for storytelling. Additional knowledge of German, French and Italian is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, content management systems, and SEO principles.
• Experience with coordinating external partners and managing cross-functional projects.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate original ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Readiness to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
