Job Summary
• Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales, hotel department, and customers to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the Pre-Event, Event and Post-Event phases of hotel events
• Primarily handle complex/important events
•... Ensure a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales
• Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events

Job Requirements
• At least 4 years related experience in Event Management, both in handling rooms & catering
• Effective sales skills to up-sell products and services
• Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, banquet & event service operations
• Strong customer development and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Familiar with Opera and hotel systems
• Strong presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Putomhua & Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Event Specialist
