The job scope of a Regional Application Consultant (RAC) is responsible work closely with Key Stakeholders (consultants, developers, end users etc.) to promote the Belimo portfolio. Thanks to his in-depth product and application know how, he advices the stakeholders for the best technical solutions during the entire sales process, from early project design stage until after sales support during T&C and operations.

In an assigned territory, coordinates with the Sales Director on strategies to grow the business based, expand the relationship network on qualitative and quantitative objectives in the HVAC Contracting and OEM Business.

Responsibilities
• Build up and maintain a strong network to Key Stakeholders to become their trusted technical advisor.
• Support sales efforts by cultivating strong relationships with Key Stakeholders by providing product & application training, regular information sharing, support design works, provide recommendations and troubleshooting support à... creating qualified project leads supported by Belimo products (to be managed in CRM)
• Introduce new products to the local offices, Key Stakeholders and Channel Partners (distributors, SI's, OEM's etc.).
• Work closely with the Sales Director / Technical Support / AP Product Managers to trouble shoot product issues at customer sites and help rectify the situation for the customers.
• Support sales strategy to grow our business through best customer service, strong relationship, in-depth product knowledge and application knowledge.
• Identify potential new product applications to create new business opportunities.
• Represent Belimo in relevant Associations / association events.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical or related profession.
• At least 7 years working experience in the HVAC or HAVAC related industry in a technical role
• Good command of written and spoken English
• In-depth technical understanding of HVAC, hydronic and controls systems
• Proficiency in computer operation and work-related applications (especially in MS Office)
• Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional level
• Structured thinking with good problem solving skills
• Outgoing personality with good Communication and Interpersonal skills
