Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, with a focus on Software solutions, or related technology products and services.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, along with a strong portfolio of successful deals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior sales professionals.
• Proficiency in software and sales analytics tools for efficient lead tracking and performance evaluation.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute the sales strategy for Software Solutions for Document Management, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and identifying key target accounts.
• Build and maintain strong... relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers to position our company as a preferred partner for sustainable IT solutions.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and long-term objectives.
• Develop and present tailored proposals and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and support teams to align sales strategies with product development and promotional initiatives.
• Negotiate complex sales contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
• Take the lead in cultivating and nurturing long-term customer relationships, providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, assisting in their professional development and performance enhancement.
• Compile and analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and formulate actionable strategies for continued success.
