Profile that we are looking for:
• Right attitude
• Resilience to talk and speak to Native German customers who could be frustrated and need solutions
• Strong language comprehension, so they can understand Training and provide customers clear answers
• Understanding that it will be a 18*7 working schedule – including weekends, bank/national holidays
• Work from home has special conditions – attached document with details – they will need to sign this on joining – please do not share with agents – only use as guide when you speak to them. They cannot change locations even within Hungary.
• Breaks are scheduled as it is a contact center
• Shifts are 18*7 – the schedules will be shared a week in advance
• Training period will be made of Soft Skills Training, Process Training, On the Job training – total of 8 weeks
• All selected candidates will go through background verification process via our third party provider called People check. Here they will be asked to share with them the... following documents or evidences to prove at least last 3 years of employment history and highest education certificate
