• Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with travel inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings

- Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients' interests and preferences

- Book flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel arrangements

- Process payments and manage invoices

- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip
• Qualifications, Skills and Language:

-Education: A degree in hospitality, tourism management, business administration, or a related field can be beneficial, although not always required.

-At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry.

-Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, transportation options, and travel... regulations.

-Comfortable using booking systems, reservation software, & GDS preferable on Amadeus.

-Excellent verbal & written communication skills, in English & Arabic. French is a plus
