Responsibilities

Reporting: Direct Reporting to HSE Manager

Conducting Workplace Assessments: Identify potential hazards such as chemical exposures, noise levels, and ergonomic risks through on-site inspections and monitoring.

Monitor facility compliance with environmental regulations. Continue to actively monitor every employee's work activity to comply with environmental regulations. One of them is ensuring that production waste can be handled properly and does not pollute the environment.

Hazard Control: Develop and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks, including engineering controls, administrative procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Environmental Monitoring: Conduct air quality, water quality, and other environmental assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Conduct audits of the company's environmental conditions. Conduct internal audits for compliance with standards for waste management, water treatment, sewerage treatment, air quality, etc.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Indonesian environmental and occupational health regulations and ensure company operations align with these requirements.

Training and Education: Provide training to employees on safety procedures, environmental awareness, and proper handling of hazardous materials.

Emergency Response Planning: Develop emergency response plans for potential environmental incidents or workplace accidents.

Collaboration: Work closely with management, safety committees, government agencies, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in occupational health, safety, environmental science, degree in Environmental Science, or any other related subject.

Prefer of require certifications such as AK3 Umum, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Environmental Professional, or equivalent.

Min 5 years relevant work experience in industrial hygiene, environmental management, or occupational safety, preferably in related industry (Building Material, Chemical, Process Industries).

Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, occupational health standards, identification/control methods.

Proficiency in conducting workplace assessments, data analysis, report writing, and communication with stakeholders.

English - English - Professional Proficiency.
