Responsible for managing Contract recruitment requests from end to end.
- Briefing 3rd party agencies about requirement, screening incoming CV’s, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, on boarding and contractor management activities.
- Maintain good relationship with managers, business heads and agencies to ensure smooth process.
- Prepare hiring cost approval, and seek approval from respective Service delivery directors.
- Provide timely update on profiles to agencies, follow up with managers on feedback.
- Provide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager as required.
- Record and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
- Provide on boarding details, hiring cost details etc. every week to respective teams without any delay.
- Maintain data and provide timely reports to managers.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma required.

• *Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per month
