Renowned for its excellence, the company partners with distinguished architects, interior designers, and luxury brands worldwide. Their focus lies in high-end projects encompassing residential developments, private residences, hotels, spas, historic buildings... and boutiques for prestigious brands.

The Role Of Project Manager

As a Project Manager with the company, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of various high-end luxury projects in and around London. Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities will span from project conception to final quality inspection and maintenance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with procurement, design, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitoring project finances, contractual compliance, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication.

Upholding and enhancing the company's reputation through professionalism and a collaborative approach.

Managing project personnel, including site managers and subcontractors.

Coordinating contract actions, correspondence, and documentation with clients.

Developing and maintaining project schedules and work programmes.

Overseeing financial aspects of projects and initiating corrective actions as needed.

Providing leadership and coordination for office-based and site-based teams.

Attending site meetings and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements For The Ideal Candidate

3 to 4 years of project management experience, preferably instone tiling packages.

Experience in relationship management and contract negotiations is advantageous.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, and 3D design software is a plus.

Dynamic, proactive, and organised with a sense of humour and ambition.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Self-starter mentality with a service-oriented attitude.
