Job Title Lead Project Manager- Balance of Plant

Location Glasgow/London

Salary from £65,600 bonus up to 20%, family health cover and car allowance

The primary objective of the role is to assist the EAHUB Principal Project Manager in the execution project phase to prepare the project for operation by assisting with a number of different tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

The primary objective of the role is to support the EAHUB O&M readiness team in preparing the project for the commencement of site operations by managing the complex multidisciplinary interfaces and procurement process for BoP contracts.

The Individual Will Perform The Following Key Tasks
• Ensure all O&M BoP Contracts are in place and Operational Handover.
• Ensure the package requirements are delivered with a strong emphasis on health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Manage information handover from project team to O&M. Lead workshops... and status meetings with the project team, track progress and effectively manage any deviations from plan.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the execution package managers and Offshore O&M Teams to ensure successful entry into operations of project.
• Provide technical due diligence for interfaces from project construction to commercial operation.
• Assist in the execution of the Operation and Maintenance strategies, processes and procedures for both the Windfarm and the transmission assets.
• Gather lessons learned from other operational projects and implement where appropriate to ensure continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
• Degree qualification in Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of Offshore Wind Operations and Maintenance.
• Experience, knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts.
• Experience of writing processes and procedures and implementing these across a multi-disciplined organisation.
• Good understanding of current CDM and H&S legislation applicable to offshore operations and electrical generation in the UK sector.
• Experience of managing complex interfaces of multidisciplinary teams spread across multiple locations.
• Experience of developing and managing project programmes
• Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing working environment and demonstrate a positive approach to change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially related to multicultural relationships.
• Advanced user of Microsoft office applications.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• The project language is English and it is expected that the job holder is capable of writing e-mails, holding discussions and reading contractual documentation to a fluent level
