Job Title

Manager, Account Manager

The Account Manager plays a key role in business development and managing customer relation.

The role is to sale, develop and manage issuing processing services in Spain and surround countries according to company sales... strategy.
The position will be part of Commercial Team, reporting to Commercial Lead of particular division. The person will have to engage with multiple stakeholders and will need to develop strong relationships with all of the products and operation departments in MPTS Europe, the sales organization of Mastercard and create strong network with Product and Delivery teams

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute sales strategy for all products and services of MPTS Europe;
Develop and maintain sales pipeline;
Manage the sales force and close deals;
Coordinate integrate product, customer marketing, and innovation activities internally in MPTS Europe;
Lead and coordinate process of designing specific strategies / tactics that will deliver customized solutions for customers and will drive revenue and market share for MPTS Europe;
Deliver financial results for MPTS Europe in terms of Net revenue and Target Contribution; deliver planned growth rates and market share;
Qualifications and Experience

Sales experience and self-management experience;
Strong knowledge of the issuing processing business;
Effective influence management; proactive personality;
Organization and coordination skills;
Ability of strategic thinking;
Data analytics skills with focus of understanding P&L and finance;
Relevant degree or diploma;
Fluent Spanish and English;
International sales experience is a plus;
