Email Thing Or Two is looking for a Junior Account Manager to take part in our Mobile Advertising Operations Team. Grow and develop existing clients while identifying and generating new businessManage campaigns on Ad Serving Platform from integration through launch. Dealing with all aspects of a campaign, ongoing Optimization, and reviewing daily reports. Create, analyze and monitor campaign reports in order to achieve and improve our client´s KPI. Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing). Reconcile Advertiser accounts on a monthly basis. Responsible for upselling new products to the entire client portfolio. Assist in the... technical aspects of Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the Advertiser. Achieving revenue targets. Continually improve the client's communication by holding recurring meetings. Building and expanding relationships with clients, both existing and potentialDevelop long-term relationships with clients based on trust. Manage campaign operations on a daily basis, from reporting to optimization. Establish a solid solution based on the campaign s and client s KPIsMonitoring campaign results, optimizing towards clients' KPIs and exceeding themYour skills and knowledge:ROI-oriented performanceAnalytic & strategic mindsetExperienced in working in fast-paced environments. Competitive-driven and results-oriented. Quick learner able to adapt to new technologies, software, and responsibilities. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Team-player spiritYour basic requirements:Native (or at least close to native) English speaker. Must feel comfortable with analytical data. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers. Bachelor's degree – a must. Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills. Sales-oriented, strong ability to negotiate. Detailed-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
