• Develops and monitors the Product Development Plan, Demand Plan and Cycle Plan to meet the company, brand and volume objectives and reflects the needs and priorities of the individual Customer clusters, channels and key Accounts.
• Champions the implementation of company Operational and Strategic Management Frameworks to deliver flawless management of planning and execution of programs and activities to deliver company plan targets. Drives the development and improvement of monthly company dashboard reports and prepares quarterly business review decks for senior management review.
• Collates and analyses data from available systems, sales & services team, marketing and financial reports, researches, trade audits and customer, account performance in order to identify markets, services, products, channels, customer clusters weaknesses and opportunities and account priorities; and evaluates their performances in order to provide recommendations and solutions to... deliver company objectives.
• Maintains spreadsheets (database and project plans), prepares guidelines and decks to make sure all information is well recorded and up to date; and provides regular Products, Sales and Marketing information and reports on market trends, competitor strategy and performance analysis, the level of achievement of own Product, Sales and Marketing strategy and plans to ensure all relevant management teams are fully informed at all times.
• Leads and manages the development, production and installation of in-store advertising materials, give away items and communication materials in order to maximize the awareness and imagery of strategic brands in the prioritized trade channels within budget and on time.
• Develops national presence marketing programs which reflect trade merchandising policies by channel and outlet type in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility of the key strategic brands.
• Develops, monitors and evaluates both customer and consumer promotions for the priority customer channels, clusters and key accounts on time and within budget in order to maximize the return on investment and ensure adequate levels of customer and consumer participation. Provides analysis of campaign performance reports at the end of campaign, with results, key outcomes and learnings
• Assists Sales and Services managers in the development of key customer partners through the formulation and implementation of sales and account strategies and plans in order to maximize growth and share performance.
• Keeps Sales and Services managers fully informed at all times of new channel and account developments, trends and competitor activity in order that opportunities and weaknesses are addressed through effective planning and execution of in-market activities.
• Manages and controls Product Development budgets in an efficient and economical way to ensure that effective customer and channel programs are developed and implemented in line with company brand, volume and profit objectives.
• Motivates, trains and develops people in the department to the highest levels to ensure that the products, brands, customer clusters, channels and accounts objectives are achieved through the applications of highly professional approaches.
• Cooperates with HR-Learning & Development team in managing Skill Development Centre to continuously elevate skillset and build people capacity to meet current and future business challenges and objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management.
The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.

At least 5 years of working experience in relevant fields
The candidate will also be better suited with experience in travel industry.

MS Office and Software:
Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.
