We are looking for an Senior IT Consultant Loyalty to join our Metyis Digital Campus team in Porto. You analyze loyalty requirements, design IT processes and drive a future-proof loyalty mechanism.

What you will do:
• You consult and take over IT ownership for Loyalty
• Act as single point of contact towards our internal IT & business stakeholders
• Manage our projects and especially our external partners to drive all loyalty and reward processes (web 2.0 and web 3.0)
• Driving and ensuring future proof loyalty processes within our HUGO BOSS IT landscape on a global scale. This means to design consistent technical concepts, coordinate implementation teams and align with enterprise architects on a futureproof technology landscape and ensure successful global rollouts
• Support and design product vision together with the Product Owner Loyalty
• Manage and prioritize new technical requirements in the product backlog whilst taking IT resources and their coordination into account
• Enabling and coaching team colleagues with your expertise and passion
• Analyze and discover customer experience trends and innovations to extend and improve our technology

What you'll bring:
• Strong knowledge and interest in loyalty, customer experience and customer engagement
• Excellent communicative skills and analytical strength
• Proven project management expertise
• Ideally have experience with loyalty management platforms, web 3.0 tools and ecosystems, reward tools, mobile apps
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, proven IT background
• Experience with various relevant technologies of customer loyalty ecosystems
• Understanding of agile principles
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or related areas
• Fluent in English
