We are looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to join our global Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will plan and execute industry-specific sales marketing activities, engage our select target audiences, and drive our business objectives. You’ll work closely with the Global marketing team and dedicated sales teams. Based on your experience and interests, the industry verticals you’ll focus on will be 1 to 2 of either Manufacturing & Industrial, Health, Public, or Defence and Security.

You can work on-site at our Amsterdam, Helsinki, or Tampere office several days a week.

Your Daily Tasks Include
• Work hand-in-hand with Global Marketing & Sales teams to develop and implement sector-specific marketing... plans that align with our growth targets, support awareness-building, and improve inbound
• Plan and execute 360° campaigns across all relevant channels (digital, events, PR) and content
• Track and analyze KPIs while seeking opportunities to increase marketing and campaign effectiveness
• Analyze market trends and client insights to enhance our competitive edge
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build growth
• Work closely and manage relationships with external partners

To Thrive In This Position, You’ll Need

You are a strategic thinker with a robust background in sales marketing. You have a proactive and self-starter approach and excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing: A track record of success in sales marketing/lead generation/growth marketing, preferably in the professional services business
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Ability to think at a high level and implement hands-on
• Structured planning and budget management skills with an ROI-driven mindset
• Dutch, Finnish and Swedish skills are considered a plus
