CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a large, International provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Corporate Administrator to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Handling of the client portfolio, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely dispatch of information, correspondence and statutory documentation to clients.
• Dealing with clients directly and promptly for all daily requests, developing and maintaining client relationships with excellent communication skills.
• Reviewing documents prepared by internal teams prior to client dispatch e.g. certificates of incumbency/ certificates of good standing etc.
• Preliminary compliance review of documents and liaising with the compliance team to ensure compliant due diligence requirements and adherence to policy and procedural manual are met.
• Following up on all open issues with clients and internal teams, being organized and... proactive in this process.

Key Skills/Experience:
• Experience in the daily service requirements of BVI companies.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience as an administrator within the industry.
• Ability to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, being proactive, organized with the ability to effectively work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian & English (Written & Spoken), knowledge of Greek considered an advantage.
