Finance Manager - £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

We Do Group is working with a rapidly growing SME business in Surrey who are looking to bring on a number two to support their new Finance Director.

This is a really exciting role that would suit a confident and motivated finalist / newly qualified candidate who wants to get stuck into a very successful business that is growing organically but needs a strong finance operation to support it's future plans!

The Role:
• Lead the production of monthly management accounts
• Oversight and manage the financial controls within the business
• Manage two direct reports (AP and Payroll)
• Ownership of the company consolidated P&L
• Cash flow statements and forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Contract performance reporting
• Risk & Opportunities oversight
• Business Plan Objective Reporting
• First point of contact for external auditors

Exciting Projects:
• Design and implementation of new internal reporting structure
• Financial... Controls review - Drive improvements and implement new structure
• Documenting SOP’s within the Finance Team
• Roll out of Internal Audit and Assurance programme
• Delegated Authority / Reserved Matters Framework
• Formalising Risk Registers


£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
